I used to get stressed about writing my book. Using NLP I have converted that thought into confidence and finished writing book in less than 2 months.
I was super scared of my surgery, I used NLP and changed my fear in to confidence. I went through it as if I am walking in a garden. Today it is a beautiful memory for me.
I stopped eating sugar completely.
I used to get panic attacks, I used to start crying even if heard the word death. There was not even one day, when I did not cry. I was super sad, my confidence was super low.
Using NLP, I have changed it completely, I am now comfortable talking about death, I no longer get any panic attacks, I am super happy, I have resumed my confidence and I have resumed my work.
I used to believe i put on weight with absolutely anything, in fact I used to believe i can loose weight only if i starve.
However this week i lost 1 kilo after eating couple of pieces of sweets.
I used to call my son "Kumbhakarna", he used to sleep a lot, just by changing this metaphor 'kubhakarna", I changed his sleeping habit.
He started getting up early.
My little daughter had bad habit, using NLP technique I changed that habit in just few minutes.
