I was suffering from my shoulder pain since 15 days and it was not letting me live peacefully. Every time I used to move my right shoulder, excruciating pain use to bring tears in my eyes, I was scared that will it heal or not, because usually the pain accompanied after workout goes in 2-3 days, but my pain was consistent for 15 days which scared me to death. First of all a million thanks to Mayur for taking me out of my lingering issue.
