Leadership is doing things which others won’t, its stepping forward when others won’t, its taking risk where others won’t, its taking action when others won’t!Failure is Natural but getting up when others won’t is Leadership.
Ask yourself do you say NO when others won’t? Do you wait on the red light signal when others won’t? Do you tell the truth when others won’t? Do you stay back late at work when others won’t? Do you give time to your family when others won’t? Do you take responsibility when others won’t?
This week I am leaving you with not knowledge but simple questions to make you think hard about your own leadership! Ask yourself will you do what’s necessary when other won’t?
