Law Of Attraction Coach – Mitesh Khatri

We live in a world where stress is a major problem for most of us, your manager has been bullying you because you made a mistake in a report or submitted it late, you have a loan from bank of thousands bucks and you don’t have enough money to pay it at once and get rid of the EMIs.

We always feel trapped in matrix worries, problems and tensions that squeeze out happiness from our lives. It can ruin relationships, career, mental and physical health. Stress has become an integral part of our modern lifestyle.

According to a research conducted on a group of people, they agreed that they fight with their loved ones and friends just because of stress, and more than 70 percent of them said, they are experiencing symptoms of emotional and physical stress. Stress triggers everyone, but in different manner and for different reasons. Another proven study claims that more than 40 percent of professionals are experiencing office stress and rest because of their personal problems and lives.

Job dissatisfaction, long working hours, too much responsibilities, poor management, unclear expectations, lack of decision making power, insecurity, lack of confidence, financial problems, unhappy personal relationships, emotional problems, chronic illness and traumatic incident are among the most common reasons of Stress. If some of them have relevance to your life, Uhh…then sorry, you are a victim of stress…chronic stress!!

We just need to take a deep breath and get relaxed. Anytime, you can decide to take a break and dig out grave of worries, anxiety and stress. As there is a saying, “Don’t let your mind bully your body into believing it must carry the burden of its worries.”~ Astrid Alauda. So, this is the moment to kick out all your worries or crush them hard. Let’s start with identifying the cause of stress and the ways to deal with them. You can simply get a blank paper and note down, as and when something makes you feel stressed and look for the ways to reduce it.

Some of the stress relieving practices is listed below:

  • Prioritize

Look around and find the things that matter you most. Is it your career, personal relationship, friends, family, financial gains, health, dreams or something else? How you define success? How much you are mean to your personal values? Always make sure that whatever you do or whatever you choose, would be pleasurable and soul satisfying.

  • Carry positive attitude

Positive attitude brings positive things to your life and makes a big difference. Every morning, before rubbing your eyes and touching toes on floor start counting your blessings and think of important things you are grateful for. This will definitely make your day.

  • Just relax

Everyone needs personal space or time to stop and do nothing and think nothing. You can practice meditation or Yoga that will bring you mental and physical relaxation.

  • Exhale negative, inhale positive

Deep breathing helps you reduce stress. You simply need to sit comfortably in a peaceful place with closed eyes and inhale positive vibes, while thinking of positive and good things. Now, exhale all your worries, negative thoughts and stress. Repeat this exercise several times. It will make you feel very relaxed and good.

  • Be healthy

Exercise is the best way to reduce or manage stress. This not only makes you fit and active, but provides you more energy as well. It stimulates the secretion of positive and happy hormones and reduces the impact of negative ones. Along with this, it is important to follow a healthy diet plan with lots of fresh fruits, vegetables, plenty of water and fibers.

  • Take breaks

Plan some holidays or getaways every year, you make long weekend plans as well. These mini breaks are opportunities to make great fun with family and friends, enjoy and revitalize life. Dalai Lama’s words always inspire me, “Once a year, go someplace you’ve never been before”.

  • Get time for hobbies

Hobbies give you pleasure and relaxation in leisure time. You need to get sometime to explore your creativity, personality, live your passion and keep engaging brain in right direction.

  • Social networking

Well, there is no denying that we love chit-chats! 😉 Unfortunately, most of us don’t get time to interact with friends and new people. Expand boundaries of your personal interaction. It helps you share your emotions, thoughts, know their perspectives and problems. This leads to reduce the stress level. The open and honest talks make you feel good and relaxed.

  • Learn to say ‘No’

To be happy and stress free, one needs to be rude and straight forward. How people treat you is all depends on your attitude. This helps you set your personal boundaries.

  • Life is fun, don’t take it seriously

“If it’s not fun, you’re not doing it right” (~ Bob Basso). Same theory applies with life, if it’s not fun, you are living it in a wrong way. Laughter is the best cure to reduce stress. You can enjoy comedy shows and movies. Play interesting games, engage yourself in recreational activities to lighten up the burdens.

Quit negative thoughts, worries and all stress and get better with these practices. One of Thich Nhat Hanh sayings, I always follow and it makes me feel so relaxed, “I vow to let go of all worries and anxiety in order to be light and free.”
